In 1997, Vinh Loc Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 81/TTg of the Prime Minister with a planning area of 207 ha.
In 2007, Vinh Loc Industrial Park was transformed into Vinh Loc Industrial Park One Member Limited Liability Company, an enterprise with 100% state capital, a legal entity organized and operated under the model of the Members' Council with the owner being the Company. Cho Lon Investment and Import-Export Company Limited (CHOLIMEX).
