Tan Tao Industrial Park is 161.35ha established under Decision 906/TTg of the Prime Minister dated 30/11/1996 on approving investment project for construction and infrastructure business of Tan Tao Industrial Park. Tao, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Adjustment Decision 1566/QD-UBND dated April 1, 2013;
- Tan Tao Expanded Industrial Park of 182.55 hectares was established under Decision 473/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated 12/05/2000 approving the investment project for construction and business of technical infrastructure of the zone. Expanded Tan Tao Industry, HCMC, Adjustment Decision No. 1512/QD-UBND dated 04/04/2008 of the City People's Committee.
Tan Tao Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (ITACO), formerly known as Infrastructure Investment - Construction - Trading Company Limited, was established on December 4, 1996.
On 15/07/2002 the Company operated under the joint stock model. On June 30, 2007, officially became Tan Tao Investment Group - ITA Group with a charter capital of 600 billion VND.
